6 wheel semiautomatic Inline cap tightening machines
This is a fully stainless steel cap tightening machine. This ACO machine is a 6 wheel cap tightener. The first set of wheels per-tighten the cap, spinning it down then the next four give the final tighten. This machine is designed to be fitted in to a production line or have a independent conveyor fitted. The tightening wheel all adjust independently so it can tighten with 6 or 4 sets of wheels so not to over tighten the cap. This machine can run up to 5l containers and down to trigger sprays.
