New in to our stock used PLS C-Wrap automatic labelling machine with SmartDate X40 coder fitted all in excellent condition machine year 2017. Fully running condition with spares machine can be viewed at our unit by appointment. This machine applies one label to the top of a product then the machine wraps it round the product with pneumatic arms.
High-speed servo motor drives maximise throughput and the web tension control unit gives both accurate print registration and positive label wipe down.
The machine is controlled though the PLC controller for both labelling heads for speed and delay settings. The Flash labeling heads are mounted to substantial adjustable brackets to allow up, down, in and out movement to apply the label in the correct position every time. The machines construction in stainless steel previously running in a food environment.
