Hot Fill Project
Called in to install and set up a Kemwall hot fill line after a factory move.
Due to a lack of maintenance this job was quite a challenge, The machine had a series of faults and the conveyor wouldn’t move due to the build-up of wax. All the jacketed pipes needed to be replaced owing to fatigue.
The video shows the hot fill machines working filling Barbour wax (Thornproof).
Floor Board Wrapping
Customer called us in after purchasing this machine from a auction site. With no knowledge of this packaging machine, instructions or engineering support on site. We set up positioned and levelled the machine. We supplied extra gravity conveyor between the sealing machine and the heat tunnel du to the length of pack. Connected the machine up and set parameters for pack size and heat sealing temperature for the 35 micron film. Then set the heat tunnel temperature, conveyor speed and fan speed to shrink the film. Then gave training to the staff.
