Pallet wrappers will ensure a tightly wrapped pallet. Pallet wrappers stretch the film as the pallet turns and pulls the film through tensioned or rollers stretching it on to the pallet. Most of these machines have pre-stretch film facility built into it. The machines have adjustable settings for the amount of wraps at different positions ie wraps at the bottom, how fast the carriage with the film rises and then how many wrappers at the top of the pallet. This operation will happen automatically to the height of your pallet using a photocell.
