Herma Front Back And Wraparound Labelling Machine

Herma 365 fitted with H400 labelling heads for self-adhesive labelling

This is the most advanced front and back labelling system we have had in stock. This machine can apply labels to either side of a product with its left and right handed automatic labelling heads.

This is a in-line automatic labelling machine the product will travel along the conveyor into the aligners to position the product prior to labelling. Once the product is aligned the top hold belt clamps the container to the conveyor belts. The container is then controlled through the front, back labelling heads these can also be used individually.

This machine is also fitted with a tri-roller wraparound unit. This can apply full wraparounds to products or be used to apply front and back labels to a round product with alternately printed labels on reel. This machine also has laser alignment for applying labels to match registration marks or seam on cans.

All controlled through an operator friendly touchscreen
