Automatic Labelling Machine With Product Hopper And Walking Beam
Used Cadence RC30 automatic wraparound labelling machine for small item: ampoules, vials test tubes pencils battery. Machine just arrived into to our stock viewing welcome by appointment 5 to 80 products per min
The operation of the machine products to be labeled are placed in to the product hopper. The walking beam conveyor feeder allows one product out at a time transferring the product to the labelling head. There is a video of a RC30 labeling machine running from the manufacturer.

Features of this machine: Quick product changeover with easy adjustments, speed control, product counter and safety interlocked door.

The left hand photo shows the labels running through the machine. Starting at the top the label real is placed on to the real holder then the labels on the web are threaded round the dancing arm (this arm moves to keep tension on the label web) round tow guide rollers though the gap censor. This is what is called a fork censor this sees the gap in the labels from hear the label web is threaded through a set of guides to stop label web movement round the two larger rollers to the dispensing edge. On the dispensing edge its self there are a set of antistatic brushes for the labels and the product drive roller. The label at this point are applied to the product to be labeled as the web goes round the dispensing edge to the two web drive rollers and finished at the web rewind roller thins collect the finished empty web.
